High School in Kenosha, WI With its beginning at Friedens Lutheran Church and School in the fall of 1971, Shoreland Lutheran High School started its 1st school year with 15 freshmen and 7 sophomores. The 1st graduating class grew to 10 girls as the school continued to blossom. The campus was moved to Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, back to Friedens, and finally became permanently situated on its current property along County Highway E in the town of Somers. Over 1500 students have graduated from Shoreland Lutheran High School, and have been taught and inspired by well over one hundred faculty members.
