After 14 years in oil and gas exploration, John refocused on his real estate background and in 1988 joined SCI as President and Principal Broker. John provides vision and leadership to the associates at SCI and is in the primary oversight position on all projects. Karen moved from her home in Waco, TX, to accompany her husband who was a geologist with George Bush's oil and gas exploration company to Midland, TX, in 1982.
