Our program is tailored to have an equal combination of structure and flexibility. Each day your child will start the morning with a free play time, which includes blocks, coloring, cutting, puzzles, books and imagination play. In the course of our busy morning, we'll enjoy a nutritional snack and circle time where we'll talk about the weather, calendar, sing songs and get our job for the day. Every day your child attends class they will be asked to bring a lunch. Toward the end of our day we'll sit together for lunch, practicing manners & common courtesy.

In valuing play as the essence of learning, we assist children in developing skills in social relationships, initiative, language, creativity, music, movement, numbers, space and time. In giving children choices, we enable them to develop the skills and abilities necessary for effective learning and positive self esteem. Thereby, we are able to support each child's unique individuality and promote independence.

read moreScribbles Preschool is a school year program. We are in session September - June, Monday - Friday. We are an educational program for children between the ages of 3-5. With an open door policy, that allows families to come and visit any time during school hours. Please feel free to come by the school or call for a registrationform or more information.

read moreNo, our program is not a co-op, however we do welcome parents and siblings to stay during our first half hour of free play. This is a great time for you to sit with your children and read books, do puzzles, color, and have imaginative playtime.
