From 1973 to 1976 Steve worked for Turner Construction Company on the Mountain Bell high-rise office building situated in downtown Denver. In 1976 SDR began performing remodel work in the areas of Larimer Square and the more founded sections of Denver. Since then, the firm has found a niche in building new custom homes and custom high-end remodel projects, mostly in the Denver metropolitan area. Our skilled and professional managers, supervisors, carpenters and laborers share the goal in making your construction experience as pleasant as possible.

read moreSteve Rohrer started SDR Construction Company in 1976 after moving to Denver from the east coast. Steve has a degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University. SDR Construction Company started doing small remodel projects for Denver Urban Renewal and working in the beginnings of Larimar Square. This is where our love for renovation began and lasts still today. Over the years, we have grown to do residential and commercial remodeling projects of all sizes. From a small bath to multi-million dollar custom homes!
