SEC) was set up in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1996 to supply timely, high-quality and cost-effective forensic engineering service to the South Texas and Gulf Coast areas. Most of SEC's cases have been in Texas; however, we currently have performed investigations and/or testified in: Los Angeles; Memphis; Pontiac, MI; Philadelphia; Baton Rouge; and San Juan, Puerto Rico. SEC doesn't have any geographical limitations.
