In larger matters, we may have "phases" to our work, since it is sometimes difficult to determine the complete scope of the project up front. After we have had a chance to examine the available documentation and consider the scope of the work, we will provide the client with a fixed fee. Be assured that we will not begin work on the project until the client has agreed to the scope of work and corresponding fees. Our minimum retainer is $10,000, with larger deposits required for larger engagements.
