When I was flooded this past Saturday, my neighbor recommended Servpro. He had dealt with them in the Northwest. I had a feeling they would be too busy to handle my situation. I was pleasantly surprised when Paul Frost(owner) was so empathetic and took plenty of time on the phone telling me my neighbors and I were doing all the right things-not trying to take advantage of my desperate situation.I called back when I realized the situation was more serious and Paul was able to send Levi and Adam out to assist with removing flooring,etc. They were very nice, professional and hard working. i can't compliment them enough. they were like the cavalry-and I was so appreciative.
Paul and his son,Kevin came out today to pick up industrial fans and remove more debris. I found out that Levi is Paul's other son and Adam is a son-in-law. Paul took a lot of time talking about options and making recommendations. This is an amazing family operation. customer service is exceptional-and I can't say enough good things about Servpro for your cleanup and restoration needs!!! I am beyond impressed.

Excellent Service!
I had the misfortune of having a broken drain pipe in my wall that I was unaware of until a home inspection revealed it.I had the great fortune of calling Paul Frost and his Wonderful Company!
He came out the same day and guided me through the process with as little pain as possible. He was professional, competent and courteous! I would definitely recommend!!

Paul the owner is a SUPERSTAR... I called for my daughter in law who had a sewage flood issue at her rental apt. Paul spend 20 minutes on the phone detailing what they do but more importantly describing how complexes can or should handle such issues. What I should know from a health point of view and what the health codes and laws require to mitigate the damage! He didn't have to spend the time but he is a super nice guy who really cares. That's rare these days!!! Value for Money

The owner Paul is awesome! He spent almost an hour on the phone with me patiently discussing my concerns, and he even came to our house free of charge to alleviate my worries and let us know that we didn't need any remediation services. If I ever have an emergency that does require remediation I will definitely be calling these guys! Value for Money

Great work!
We use these guys on our rental properties. They pretty much do everything from beginning to end when you have water damage and fire damage issues and they always do it right. Great work ethic and morals. Hard to find in that industry. Value for Money
