She was so helpful and patient with all my questions. Then, comes Jason. He made it very clear from the start that he wanted my business but without making me feel pressured. He was so nice and answered all my questions. He didn't seemed bothered that I called him multiple times with more and more questions LOL. I would say Jason is for sure the reason we chose Servpro. They definitely have the perfect person in that job....he needs a raise!! LOL Next comes Jay, He was the one that showed up that morning to start. He was SO friendly and helped answer all my other questions. He kept me updated with the job they were completing. Jay needs a raise too! You don't find many people that seem like they actually like their job and I will say Jay seemed like he LOVED it.
