On Tuesday, June 29, Salient Federal Solutions announced that it had acquired SGIS, a $101M federal technology services supplier headquartered in San Diego, CA. The acquisition pairs the former executive leadership staff of SI International with 675 SGIS managers and employees who have proven their capability to serve government clients. Salient Federal Solutions has aggressive aims for expanding its federal IT and engineering solutions business.
