I have twenty five years of hands-on project management experience, and have worked with both huge and tiny projects utilizing various construction methods. With experience comes knowledge! I've coordinated cost estimating, technical design and development, pre-construction and construction activities and subcontractor negotiation. Throughout the process I have learned to meet the many facets that can impact a project's bottom line and have worked diligently to implement cost-effective and quality solutions.
