Shap's Restaurant

Shap's Restaurant has been family owned & operated since 1985. Owners Nick and Anastasia are 3rd generation restaurateurs and have five other food establishments in the Genesee County area which are family owned. Grandfather John Todorovsky was one of the original Flint Coney Islanders, operating the Central Luncheon. Then Dad Kosta, David) Todorovsky operating the Ritz Drive In, Ritz Lounge & Steak House, Atlas Coney Island and Backyard BBQ.
