Shared Physicians Network

Set up in 1991, SPN was founded as a not-for-profit Independent Physician Association (IPA) for the sole purpose of assisting Chiropractors earn access as Preferred Providers for Managed Care patients. SPN immediately started recruiting and credentialing local DCs to form the 1st SPN Preferred Provider panel in Dallas. Then, by contracting with the local, local and national Managed Care organizations (MCOs) to supply their Chiropractic Provider panels, SPN could now provide our SPN Participants access to the MCO's customer population needing Chiropractic services.
