In 1957, Firth left the contracting business and founded Shaw Supply Company. Firth's goal was to raise the bar of the traditional electrical supply house. He used his 20 years experience in the contracting business to offer his customers not only quality electrical products at wholesale prices, but also technical expertise and problem solving solutions for countless electrical applications.
