The team from shaw worked extremely quickly and had my new waterline installed and operational in 5 hours. They handled all permitting and inspections with the water department. They even put my fence back up and made sure my sprinklers still worked. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

They certainly are not the least expensive plumbers around, but they have TOP notch service and were able to do a rush job on a main plumbing line emergency, for which I am grateful. If they were a bit more affordable, they would get 6 stars but $3,000 for 6 hours work feels like a lot.

I had Shaw Plumbing add water service for a new laundry closet. Everything about the service was top notch. After installing the washer box, Tracy noticed some corrosion on a copper pipe leading to the laundry area. He was kind enough to replace this section of pipe at no additional charge. I will definitely call on them for any future plumbing needs.

Called about 10am on a Thursday. Spoke to a lady and asked about getting a plumber to install a new kitchen faucet and look at a leak in my pedestal sink. She checked her computer and said she could have Clay out between noon and 2pm. I agreed. Clay called about 30 minutes later and came right away. He installed the faucet and gave me some suggestions and estimate on fixing or replacing the old sink. Excellent service. Great suggestions and very knowledgeable. Shaw plumbing is now are go to plumber.

I had a leaky water heater that needed replaced and Shaw plumbing was booked out a couple weeks. I was worried because the leaking was starting to get difficult to control. They called me back and saw me the very next day! George was friendly and extremely professional. He took time to clearly explain my options. He replaced my water heater in a very timely fashion and then took time to answer all my questions. There was no mess left over for me to clean up. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely recommend them to my friends!

We have used Shaw plumbing multiple times, installing water softener, replacing faucets, sinks, and toilet clogs. They are always responsive, professional, and frankly have had to clean up some not so great installs by another plumbing company.
