Shores Cleaners was established in 1948 on English Rd. In High Point, N. C. Shores speedily earned the reputation of quality and caring service from the local clientele. In 1982, Shores Cleaners was purchased by the Edward's. The name was changed to Shores Fine Dry Cleaning to reflect the Edwards's vision and Shores reputation for cleaning specialty garments and wedding gowns. Clients used to drive from Winston-Salem and Greensboro to experience the difference. This encouraged us to open locations in these cities so we could serve our discriminating clientele more conveniently.
