There is more to learning boxing than punching a bag. We stress the importance of throwing clean, sharp, straight punches. You will also learn how to turn your body at the right time, and how to put your weight correctly behind the punch in order to exert 100's of pounds of pressure. You will learn proper foot work, the precise timing, hip movement and correct shoulder muscle positioning in order to produce the best results necessary to throw the hardest punches and to develop the best knock out.
