Genia Gaffaney began body piercing at the Spokane Silver Safari in March of 2000. All of Genia's Piercers have been personally trained by her or by a Piercer she personally trained. In the last eight years we currently have proudly done over 65, 000 body and ear piercings! In our community we currently have made body piercing mainstream and given our clientele a safe, comfortable environment to be pierced in.

read moreSilver Safari started in 1996 at NorthTown Mall in Spokane. We started out selling Sterling Silver and Semi-precious stone jewelry, body jewelry, African and Indonesian Wood Carvings, and piercing ears. My training to become a body piercer happened in 2000 and I was hooked! I loved it, my clientele loved it and they were so happy to have us in the mall where they felt comfortable. In 2004 we opened Silver Safari in Las Vegas, which was so much fun! In 2007 we moved that store to Bellingham, and after eight wonderful years in Bellingham, we closed the Bellingham store and we opened at Alderwood Mall in North Seattle - very exciting for us!
