This device was great! The carpets look great and they got out some pretty stubborn stains and slimy stuff on one spot without damaging the carpet. They were on time so no waiting around and explained everything they would be doing. Yes had me check out the carpets before he left which shows he wants his costumers to be happy. I will use this company for other things in the future!

The carpets in my new home were old and very dirty. Ted at simply clean cleaned my carpets the day before we moved in and I was SHOCKED at how good the carpets looked. The stains I was sure wouldn't come out were gone, like they were never there. I haven't had the opportunity to try the other services Simply Clean offers but if I need them in the future they are who I will call! Great service, quality and professionalism. 10/10!

Ted and his team at Simply Clean came to our rescue! We had our carpets cleaned by a well known local company several weeks ago. The machine they used almost destroyed our carpet with dirty streaks left behind. After three attempts to fix the carpet we finally decided to ask for help! Simply Clean came in and fixed the mess left behind by the other company in one shot! Our carpets finally look brand new! We will be using Simply Clean in the future.

Great experience! I just bought a new home and the carpet definitely needed cleaning. Simply Clean Carpet Care turned the older carpet into something that looked brand new! 5*. Simply Clean Carpet Care did an excellent job for us! They fixed our mistakes. A couple of weeks ago we cleaned our carpeting ourselves 3 times back-to-back, spraying a pretreatment each time, using a Rug Dr but it was still not coming out as clean as we wanted. We noticed a mildew smell after a short time. Obviously we'd oversaturated our carpeting. We just came back from an extended weekend, and the mildew smell was strong. Ted did a great job. I got my family room carpeted, and my cat starting marking the perimeter. Ted came in cleaned up all her markings and offered to come back and follow up if there were still stains/odors (there wasn't). He also cleaned my bedroom carpet while he was here and got out a LOT of dirt. I recommend Ted and will totally use him again!
