Starting with catering services for Social and Corporate catering in February 2006, she soon added Aviation Catering for private jets and charters flying from PDX in August of the same year. The business grew and we were soon catering for more than 1600 events in each of the last two years. Simply Thyme Catering provides creative catering, from small, intimate parties to large-scale events, from picnic pleasures to elegant dinners!

Our kitchen staff has 76 years of experience among them so when we say we'll take care of you on your big day, believe it. Chef Tamara has 33 years of experience under her 'chef's hat' and our sales manager has 22 years with 7 of those years as a wedding coordinator. Add in the additional years of experience of our other kitchen staff and you'd be hard pressed to find another catering company with that level of skill.
