Established by Harold H. Singer, SINGERProperties has a fifty year tradition of developing retail, industrial and domestic real estate throughout Ohio. Several of the primary achievements include development of land for Panasonic's 1, 000, 000 square foot electronics plant in Troy, Ohio, as well as the initial development for the Honda Motors facility in Troy, Ohio. Additionally, the Company has been involved in the ownership, leasing and management of a number of shopping centers.
