His primary focus is developing the client base and leading Sitetec's philosophy of building client relationships that last, not just looking for projects. With a B.S. in aeronautical science and more than two decades of experience in Project Management. Richard joined the company in 2005 as VP of Operations to oversee the hands-on day to day operations and a staff of eight project managers.
