Skipolini's Pizza

On May third 1974 my mother and father (Bev and Skip Ipsen) opened Skipolini's Pizza in Clayton California. The 1st restaurant was once a residence that was later occupied by the Clayton post office and a craft store. My mother and father established the restaurant on a very simple credo; Provide best quality food in an exceptional, family friendly environment, at sensible prices. The success of the restaurant over the past 30 years has been largely attributed to our steadfast dedication to this business philosophy. As the son of a restaurateur, my 2nd home was in the restaurant.
