We have poured millions of square feet of gypcrete and other self-leveling floor products.

read moreSteve earned his B.S. in Business with a Finance concentration and a minor in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 1982. He spent many years working as an Estimator, Project Engineer and Project Manager for a general contractor who brought him to Iowa in 1988 to build the 801 Grand tower. After taking on the role of Project Manager for Swanson Gentleman, Inc. in 1990, he purchased part of their assets and started Skold Construction Services in 1992. Throughout his years, Steve has been very active in the Construction community; serving on the boards of numerous organizations, including Master Builders of Iowa and the Iowa Construction Specifications Institute.
