Skrivanos Engineering. Is an independent oil and gas producer and operator whose head office is situated in Shreveport, Louisiana. Established in 1988 by Stephen F. Skrivanos, SEI currently operates over 100 oil and gas wells, with numerous non-operated interests in various areas of the country. SEI focuses on the exploitation of existing oil and gas fields through the application of enhanced reservoir study and technology. Primary operated production areas are S Mississippi and S Alabama; SEI is a licensed operator in Louisiana and Texas, as well.
