Sleep Essentials

My husband and I bought a mattress from you about 5-6 years ago. I use it on an adjustable base and it works great.
The mattress has not changed AT ALL since the day we bought it. The cover even looks new despite being washed time and time again.

Sleep Essentials The Best mattress made.
I studied all of videos and fully agreed with the points that Lee was making, but was not sure about the claims he made. After a ton of research, I decided to buy the split California King with the Leggett & Platt S-Cape adjustable frame. In the video and website, they explained we would get a 6 latex mattress and a 3" latex mattress, what I received were three 3" mattresses all within the various firmness ranges I had asked for. I wasn't too happy about the initial looks of the latex construction, they glued on a strip to make it a California King, I staggered the mattresses to counter this. I called Lee and he was quick to help explain and once I assembled the mattress it all worked out as advertised, in fact I prefer the three 3mattresses which allowed me to change the firmness of the mattress in finer degrees by switching the order of mattresses and the added strips at the end were only a cosmetic concern.
I am 6"4" 260lbs and always had issues with mattresses forming a cavity in the center of the bed within 12 months of owning a mattress, then I had to deal with it for a few years until I broke down and bought a new one. I tried multiple types of mattresses including a foam latex which was extremely expensive and worthless. What Lee says about natural from the tree latex is very true.
I waited 18 months to write this review to see if this mattress would hold up to claims. It has actually done more than hold up to the claims, it has improved since I first assembled it. It took me about a month to get used to the new mattress, but once it settled in and I got used to not sleeping on a bad mattress this split California King has been AWESOME. After 18 months there is no hint of a body cavity or signs of breaking down. I have not rotated the mattress between my wife’s side and mine, nor flipped the mattress as I had to do with others. We discovered Sleep Essentials on YouTube while researching mattresses. We currently have a memory foam which my husband has dubbed "the brick foam". We both have suffered with aches, pains and sleepless nights. A light bulb went off with the hubby while watching the video. Headaches, Fibromyalgia, Neurological trouble (and so much more). I have suffered with severe headaches, neck tension and joint pain since having the memory foam mattress but never attributed them to my mattress. We drove from Middle Tennessee to Roanoke, Virginia to check this mattress out! It was an eight hour drive through a rain storm....and it was worth every drop of water! Hubby called and talked with Kevin prior to our trip and explained that we were about to embark on a journey to the store. He answered all questions. Halfway into our trip, we realized that we may not make it to the store (due to the weather slowing us down) hubby called Kevin who went above and beyond by giving us his personal number and telling us to call him when we were near and offered to...get this...come back to the store and open it up for us! Greeted warmly by Kevin, we tried out the beds. Immediately, we realized the difference between our current mattress and these at the store. Kevin had zero pressure. Absolutely no pressure. His demeanor was as if he were a friend. No salesman pitch, just honesty and helpfulness. We chatted about common interests, places for us to eat and stay overnight, he even pulled up hotels on the computer. We asked questions, he gave answers that we could understand. We purchased our new mattress within an hour of the arrival. Yes, we were there for an hour and Kevin never lost his smile. We were impressed with the entire experience and will tell everyone we know about this place. We are excited to receive our bed and will write another review once that happens. The biggest amazement to me was the fact that my husband pulled the debit card out and announced he was ready to place the order....
