Situated in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood for over 25 years, Slices Fabulous Pastries has developed a respected reputation for its product quality and taste, serving 100's of Notheastn Ohio's best restaurants, hotels, cafes, delis and caterers, as well as private individuals, with fresh baked scratch bakery products. Founder Efty R. Simakis started developing her expertise in creating unique desserts at a very young age from the kitchen of her mother, having brought her wonderful Mediterranean style of cooking from the Island of Crete. Efty further developed her experience of the art of pastries from a creative cousin whom she visited during Summer vacations from school.
