During my many years spent as a Contractor delivering services to Industrial Plants I have encountered numerous people using Spreadsheet, Scheduling, Database and Presentation Programs. I have seen the frustration of people beating their way through these programs not even knowing how to use the aid function (or not knowing what to ask when using aid) and being very inefficient not to mention delivering sloppy looking and inaccurate documents for Management. I realized that people have a need to meet the Fundamentals of these programs, a base to build their experience and skills.
