I had a great experience with Dr. Chopra and her team. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgable, skilled and kind. I got a deep cleaning, tooth filling and 2 wisdom teeth extractions and it was all completed quickly and painlessly. The office has a great view and a calm and efficient atmosphere.
I’m generally afraid of going to the dentist so I’m particularly grateful for the high quality care and attention I received. I highly recommend this practice!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for, not rushed or treated like just another appointment. The doctor is incredibly professional, kind, and calming — she has such a reassuring presence that makes even stressful dental situations feel manageable and safe.
She takes the time to clearly explain exactly what she’s doing, why she’s doing it, and what she recommends, which made me feel so informed and confident in every decision. Her work is not only efficient and quick, but also truly exceptional. I came in after breaking a tooth, and she restored it so beautifully that you can’t tell anything ever happened — it looks completely natural.
It’s such a relief to have found a dentist I fully trust and feel comfortable with. I’m genuinely so grateful to be under her care and happy to say I’ve finally found my forever dentist.

My local dentist had a 7-month wait, so I traveled "all the way" from Fishtown to go to Smiles At The Square based on the reviews I saw. I was able to schedule an appointment on Sunday, for Monday the next day via ZocDoc. Dr. Chopra and her assistants were extremely kind and asked if I was okay or needed anything throughout the entire appointment. It was a great experience and I'll be back.

As a new and would have been potential patient, I guess I'm giving 2 stars for the scheduler picking up the phone in a timely manner?? I called 45 minutes ago to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The lady on the other end gave her greeting. I explained that I wanted to schedule an appt with Dr Chopra. She immediately said (in a off-putting tone) "did you go online, on Google, to schedule your appt. You have... (some insurance that I don't have). Like she had already spoken to me. She may have spoken to someone on the phone before me but it definitely wasn't me. I said, No, I don't have that insurance. I'm also feeling the first impression thing as well. THEN, she puts me on hold while I hear her speaking to someone else next to her. After a minute or so of waiting and all kinds of thoughts running through my mind. I said, I will call back and hung up. Needless to say I will not be calling back! How do you get callers and their insurance confused with one another.
Edit and update: Dr. Chopra reached out to me to explain the situation and miscommunication and offered to make things right by communicating directly with her. I appreciate that she took the time to do that. She truly cares about the success of her practice and patients current and soon to be.

Dr. Chopra is an excellent dentist! I only have good things to say about Smiles at the Square. I have severe dental anxiety and have had bad experiences at other practices.
I totally trust Dr. Chopra. I had multiple cavities filled and felt totally safe/calm. The front desk is also lovely and welcoming. They are also very upfront about cost which I appreciate. I’d recommend Dr. Chopra to anyone looking for a great dentist.
