Approximately 1/3 of our customers are situated in the Arvada/Westminster/Broomfield area, 1/3 in other parts of Colorado, and the remaining 1/3 in other states. Many customers have learned to supply us with complete information through mail. After we currently have reviewed the materials, we then call with any questions, complete the returns, and return the materials and return.
