As of January 1, 2010, we currently have grown our commercial appraisal services to include the whole state of Massachusetts. For years, we currently have conducted business in the Boston, Framingham, and Worcester markets on a case-by-case basis and are now accepting appraisal and consulting assignments throughout the state for all customers. The decision was wade as a comprehensive overhaul of our business model was implemented in January. The result was a giant leap in efficiency and speed not attainable to this point.
