I just bought about a month ago used Acura RDX 2015 has on only 98,000 miles. The car was not in a good shape. We agree with the supervisor and the sales rep on Paper to change the brake front and back instead of fixing cosmetic job on outside of the car and also to change the timing belt and the water pump and I was so generous I gave him the check and by the time I picked up, the car hasa noise on the back of it and also the supervisor told the Service department do not change the back of the break and at the end did not get what I asked for and agreed for it I complained to them a couple of times they made me take the car to the shop wasting one day Of my job also to pick it up I wasted more time, but they never change or adjust what we agreed for it beside that the supervisor has an attitude Doesn’t know how to talk. I’m sharing this opinion. Just be careful not paying before you get. what you ask for

I’m just giving them a five star because they called me from the Service office they understood what’s a problem and fix it properly staff was very nice. Made it convenient for me. They picked up the car and they bring the car back. That’s why.
When there is a good company like Volvo, they care for the customer and they stay behind their product
