The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. As a bonus, we were traveling with a child in a car seat and they just drove us to drop off in the rental car so we did not need to move the car seat. The Kia rio we rented was in great shape. It had CarPlay that made navigation in an unfamiliar environment very smooth. Overall, excellent service!! Thank you!

Listen, if you fly into John Wayne, skip renting a car there. It's hell. Do SNA Auto instead. They pick you up, drive you to your car, and send you on your way. Then when you return the car, they drive you back to the airport. They are kind and reasonably priced. Plus, renting on their website is really easy.

We love these guys! I dont rent a car from anybody else except SNA. Pick up and delivery from the airport and fast service to get in and off in my rental car is superb. They even returned my lost wallet when they found I left it in the car. Like I said, I love these guys.

I've been using SNA for my car rental needs every month for over a year. It's fast friendly service at an amazing price. The cars are all clean and in perfect condition. The pick up process is easy. They're less than a mile from the airport so you wait about 5 minutes after your phone call and they're there. When you drop off your vehicle, you leave your luggage in the car and they drop you off right at your terminal. I highly recommend SNA Auto Rental!

This car rental company was awesome. They picked me up at the airport in 10 minutes after I called them. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They had my car waiting when I got there and everything was smooth. They even helped me connect my CarPlay so I can use maps. They drove me back to airport in my rental so I didnt have to wait for the shuttle. Very close to airport and cheaper than the rest.

I needed a convertible for an event I was a driver for. This was the first place I contacted, and the whole process was easy and hassle-free! The staff, Ray and Jose, were very friendly, knowledgable and so helpful! They made the experience pleasant and fun! They made sure to double-check the car for any pre-existing damage and scratches, explained the policies to me, and made after-hours return easy. Clean, well-maintained car, easy transaction, and super-friendly staff - an A+++ experience! Highly recommended, and whenever I need a rental car again, they're the only business I'll use!

Absolutely amazing experience, I showed up to another rental service that I had booked 3 months in advance. When I showed up they could not rent me the car for technical difficulties, SNA stepped up and had me off with a car within an hour that ended up being $100 cheaper overall. The shuttle drivers are extremely friendly as well. 10/10 I recommend to all.

I had a great experience with SNA Auto Rental and highly suggest them! It was the best rate that I could find in the area, convenient shuttle from the airport, the car was out and ready when we arrived, they also sent text and email reminders of our rental. All staff was very friendly and up front about all fees and costs. They were attentive to my needs, had car seat rental available and allowed me to pick the car seat that best fit my needs for my child. Even threw in a free booster seat for my older child that I originally did not order. The car was very clean and drove great. I will use them every time I am in the area and need a rental! Great customer service!

I rented a car from SNA Auto Rental for 6 days in the middle of March. The car was very clean, the rates were good and they returned my deposit very quickly. My flight left at 6:45 AM so I was able to get a Lyft ride at 5:30 AM for only $10. For the amount I paid for the rental this was a very pleasant experience I will definitely rent a car again from SNA Auto Rental.

They open at 9:00 am on weekends. Our flight got in before 9:00 on a Saturday so had I noticed that detail I would've booked with another company that had shuttles prepared or might've been on site.
Confirmation email provides 2 numbers. The first one was to another company. Second number was to their business.
Not far from airport so they got there pretty quickly after we called them. Great service. Car was a little musty. I think you're not allowed to smoke in the cars, but I think the previous customer did. I would definitely rent through them again. Super convenient.

Just returned the kia soul to SNA with my kids. The people there were very accommodating and punctual. They picked us up from the airport and gave us a clean, well-maintained vehicle. The whole process was unbelievably smooth! My family and I will definitely rent from SNA whenever we get the chance. Thank you so much for completing our stay in Cali!

This was the smoothest, quickest rental car experience Ive ever had. The shuttle came quickly once I called to let them know I had my bags and there was no waiting once I got to their location. The return was just as seamless and quick. The prices were also the best at the time I booked. I will definitely use them again if I need to fly in to SNA.
