IT'S A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD: We're a private nonprofit organization whose goal is to promote the humane treatment of animals through education and philanthropic support. Established in 1898 and reorganized in 1992, the Snyder Foundation operated two major programs: Grants and Awards and Humane, Environmental, and Character Education.
