5+ stars. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done on my Persian rugs. Lets see: fresh smell, clean/bright look, raised nap, and more. The processnew to mewas really minimally invasive and did not soak the rugs or floors. Later, I will send the rugs out, one at a time, for hand washing and finishing. Customer service was superior: everything moved along smoothly.
All the folks I worked with at SOUTH SHORE CHEM-DRY were courteous, efficient, and personable. I heartily recommend this business, which I dont do lightly as I am particular about services. Thank you!

I have been using these guys for 5 or years. Always fantastic service. I told Dave my granddaughter was visiting next week and she was very allergic. He moved all the furniture in one of the bedrooms and did an extra special clean. Greatly appreciated. All rugs look great! and the price is very fair. Dave and his team are the best

I made an appointment with the office. They are very easy to deal with, very responsive and professional. Brian who cleaned the rugs was prompt. He explained the process, its necessary to bring in the steaming equipment for cleaning, I live in a condo complex and it is difficult to access but he was able to with no problem. He did a thorough job. Brian and the entire company are great and I would use them again. They use green chemicals so I was happy and prices seem reasonable

Dave and Brian came out to clean my 2 couches today. They did such an amazing job! They explained everything to me. They asked if I had any questions and told me I could call them if I have questions later. Both were super friendly, kind, and professional. My couches have never looked better! Highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience! Father and son arrived promptly, were very friendly and professional, and did an amazing job on my couches and rugs! My couches had stains on them and remnants of tape I had put on to deter my cats from scratching they were a mess. They look like new couches! I couldnt believe the difference. I asked if they thought a special treatment for cats/allergies would be best and they said no, they did not think I needed to spend the extra money, that the regular cleaning would do the trick. I was very appreciative that they did not try to rope me into a more expensive treatment than I needed. Very pleased indeed!

Dave and Karen could not be more helpful and professional. They walked me through the best options for getting my area rugs cleaned from puppy accidents. Dave cleaned the rugs right here in my house and he explained everything he was doing, as well as what cleaning solutions were being used (all safe for pets). They are both so friendly and the job performed was high quality at a reasonable price. I am literally making a list of anything else around the house that I can call them to come back to clean! The best!

Dave and Brian cleaned several area rugs in the house and got the pet and party stains out. On several hand knotted rugs they somehow brought back the brilliance and color in them. They look brand new. Service was over the top. Services General carpet cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal

Dave came to my new condo on time and ready to roll. We walked around, pointed out a few stains and pet dander from the previous owner and he got right to it. Making all my hardwood floors and carpets look brand new. Dave is professional and friendly and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others. On top of it all, they also offer a discount for new homeowners if the property is empty. All around great experience. Thanks Dave!

These folks are fabulous. I have had them clean area rugs multiple times over the years. I would not change to anyone else. They are great to schedule with. They have never cancelled or be a no show. They contact me on the day of service to update expected arrival. They discuss job with me, and establish agreed upon expectations. Professional. Timely. We bought a new reclining couch and one of the cats decided to mark his territory multiple times. We called South Shore Dry Chem and got a quick response and appointment. Dave came out and immediately put as at ease that the horrible odor we thought was permanent, would be gone when he is done. He told us he would continue to retreat the area until the odor is gone no matter how long it takes. Fortunately for us, the initial few treatments did the trick! Dave is such a hardworking, likable guy, that we felt like wed known him forever! He is someone wed highly recommend to anyone that needs any type of cleaning job done. We are so grateful to Dave!

Dave did wonderful job cleaning our microfiber couch and our carpet in our family room. Both look and smell great. This is not an easy job as we have three cats in the house! He is also friendly, patient, answers any questions about the process. I highly recommend him!

South Shore chem dry came and cleaned a loveseat and chair along with the pillows. Dave was very professional and friendly. Used care on my hardwood floors and the furniture came out beautiful and smelled great. No heavy chemical odor and furniture was not soaking wet. I highly recommend giving them a try. You wont be disappointed!

Dave does a fabulous job with rug and upholstery cleaning! I've used his Chem Dry company for a number of years and wouldn't use anyone else! I purchased a new home and live out of state. I wanted the rugs thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. We didn't want to buy a new rug without seeing the house. Dave was very responsive. He updated me on the condition and let me know what I could expect. My family member that saw the rugs before and after was extremely impressed. They now look brand new and even better they have been sanitized. The price was very reasonable and it turned out to be less than I was quoted.

Had my daughters carpet and some furniture cleaned last week by Dave from South Shore Chem Dry. He arrived early, explained the process and set to work. Carpet and furniture looked great. Dave and Karen were great to work with. I'll certainly be calling them again.
