Southeastern Physical Therapy

Southeastern Physical Therapy is a local independently owned physical therapy practice with six offices in S Hampton Roads. Serving the Tidewater area since 1994, Southeastern Physical Therapy supplies the physical rehabilitation requirements of patients, their physicians, and the community with quality, comprehensive, and timely service in a caring environment through the perso nalized attention of a committed team.
