
Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu is an exceptional system of self-defense and training of the mind and body. Our aim as practitioners is to evolve breathing, body posture, energy, sensitivity and mobility to defend ourselves at very close selection or within confined spaces. This is accomplished through exercises, forms, chi kung (both external and internal) and constant two man drills. It has been a beneficial learning experience for me to train in this system over the past 14 years.
