Southwest Guilford High School

In the email earlier today it said to fill out the form for the shoe/glove order tomorrow. I contacted the Band Director and asked about the form. He said there is no form. The students are to bring a check made out to Mike Whittemore (30 for shoes and $4 gloves) total of $34 dollars. He will fill at a form at that time with the sizing information. Please put the students name in the memo line of check. Sorry for any confusion!
