This lightweight spa cover is an ideal replacement for the budget shopper. Often referred to as the manufacturers replacement cover, this cover is made with the best grade Spa Hyde vinyl and tapers from 4 at center to 2 at edge. Galvanized C-Channel is installed on both sides of hinge for added strength. This cover has a load capacity of 45 lbs. And is rated R-12. The polystyrene foam inserts are heat sealed in four millimeter plastic. Double thick wrapping of foam inserts are available at an additional charge. Eleven different colors are available.

And our higher energy efficient spa cover was born.
