Avoid
Avoid this company if you need property management services. Spectrum is unresponsive to owner inquiries, often late on payments, and has overall poor customer service. Spectrum is also non-transparent about fees, maintenance, etc. and as an owner if you inquire about specific charges the company will give you the "run around" and not answer questions. My advice is to use a more professional and ethical property management company. ?
