David Rubin and Dan Bruckner, two veterans of the service industry, subsequently joined forces with the common aim of reinventing the catering experience. read moreWith a background in Marriott Hotels, David Rubin and his business partner purchased A Spice of Life catering in 1995. David has managed the growth of his company from four full-time employees to our current staff of 150 full and part time employees. In his dual capacities as GM and President, David oversees all sales and event coordination as well as multi-departmental daily operations with a focus on business development, marketing and finance. He received the Outstanding Alumni Award by University of Delaware's College of Human Services, Education and Public Policy, and has held a seat on the Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional and Management Alumni Board.
