The word cocktail conjures many mental images for us all. Over the course of almost one hundred years the cocktail has been reinvented by a countless number of enthusiastic bartenders the world over. Each drink, unlike any other in the world, is a mini work of art. A little piece of that confident bartender who smiles before you take your 1st sip like he knows something you do not. The best cocktail is in the hand of the beholder.
