Found a sprinkler line that was broken at the T fitting, diagonally. On top of the break was a large tree root with other lines below it. I am not sure what genius builder decided to put this that close to a tree, but they did. I called Sprinkler Medics based on a recommendation from someone in my community. They were able to come out the same day and fix that zone.
They were also able to locate the sprinkler valves that were covered by grass. It was hard for me to call someone out to do things, as I do things myself in most cases. This was going to be something that was best to let the professionals do. No multiple trips to Home Depot for the right fitting, line, primer/glue, sweating, etc. If I have issues again they will be ones I call.

OK, this is an updated review. I was initially charged $150 for a faulty valve that couldn't be found or fixed. I wasn't thrilled but I paid the invoice. Since a guy did come out and try to find the valve, I figured I'd pay for their time even though it seemed a bit steep. I ended up getting the valve fixed by a different guy. To my surprise, Sprinkler Medics contacted me and made good on this. The owner Chase didn't realize I had been charged. He quickly reimbursed me $150 and gave me a free winterization. Can't find that kind of business honesty these days.

Third times a charm- Best sprinkler place we have ever used! And 1/4 of the price of other places and 100% effective in solving all issues quickly. They sent their senior irrigator Jared to us, since we had a lot of unresolved issues by other places. Super nice guy and even better he fixed our 4 years of ongoing issues!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end AND a great price. Everyone I talked to was incredibly professional and happy to answer questions - sales, admin, the crew, everyone. I had a great experience with Sprinkler Medics with scheduling and getting us in quick, but I wasn't told that the inspection fee only covered 10 zones. I have 24, so that's a big upcharge for 14 more stations. Our technicion, G, was great to work with and very knowledgeable.

We have used several irrigation companies over the years and these folks are our favorite. We recently had some big issues and they had Jarrod (or Jared?) come out and what a good job he did. He was polite, explained everything to us, quick, efficient and left no mess. And, we have found their pricing to be better than most others. We feel we got good value for the work done.
They are honest and dependable. This was not the first time we used them. Our system is 15 years old and like anything else that is older it is starting to have issues. Basic stuff. Still a good system but needs maintenance from time to time. Thanks to Sprinkler Medics for a job well done and to their technician who came out. Like them so much we are using them in a couple of weeks for a different property. We really like supporting our veterans too. Mainly, we like them for their honesty and for providing a very good service.

Ive been a Sprinkler Medics customer for three years now and Im always happy with their service. The technician (its been the same one for me the past three years running) works quickly and thoroughly. Hes been able to quickly identify current issues, and realistically evaluates potential issues down the road. The tech has been great about providing more than one solution based on our resources.
This years visit my wife and I had an emergency on the day of our prearranged service. Their team worked with us to provide the much-needed service without having to reschedule because of our unexpected change in plans. Sprinkler Medics of Austin gets an A plus!

There aren't enough superlatives to express how satisfied I am with their installation and service and wish I could give more than 5 stars!. Jared came out to bid the project and Shelby immediately followed up with an online quote. (I added some last minute changes that required a larger crew and they adjusted the scope of work even though it was Friday before the Monday install.) On my scheduled date, Jared and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. The installation took 7 hours and Jared then explained the Rainbird controller. They put everything back in place as it was and left a very clean project. Very, very happy!

I only needed 1 pallet of sod to fix part of the backyard - the folks here were very impressive - quick response to come out and quote and laid the new sod the same week, unlike others they put down fresh soil, sod was good quality, they rolled it, checked the watering and was very comprehensive - even fixed a small leak I had in my irrigation in my front landscape bed (above and beyond)

We got multiple quotes for a sprinkler system and went with Sprinkler Medics based on the great price, availability, and most of all the great reviews. They did not disappoint. First time using Sprinkler Medics and I had a very positive experience. They were pretty booked up when I called but scheduling was quick and easy and I got plenty of reminders. Rodrigo called en route to my house and went right to work on a host of problems I was experiencing. He moved several sprinkler heads, replaced a faulty valve, and found and fixed 3 leaks (one of them in a very difficult location under some tree roots that I hadn't even noticed). I felt the pricing was very fair and the service was friendly and on point.

We hired Sprinkler Medics to do full installations at both our house and our mother's house, then also hired them to do significant repairs at mother-in-law's house. They were honest and accurate in regard to when we would be on their schedule - it took a few weeks after the estimate to get started. We were amazed that each of the 3 jobs was completed in a half-day's time as they work hard.
They were thorough in explaining what was done and how to use the systems. They altered some lines when we came out to inspect it and discussed reasons for wanting certain heads to run on the same zone. They reworked old heads and gave us options when water pressure wasn't adequate. We really appreciated being able to discuss our needs and thoughts with a knowledgeable team. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. Would definitely recommend them for both installations and repairs.

I called on Monday to schedule sprinkler service. We wanted to get ready for Spring and I know we had pressure issue and a couple broken sprinkler heads. I was called within 5 minutes of submitting request for quote. I was able to get an appointment Wednesday (2 days) and tech was awesome. I had 3 other companies come out and look at my sprinkler system and none of them could give me a proper diagnosis. They all told me something different and couldnt tell me a cost to repair upfront. Sprinkler Medics of Austin I found by luck while I was driving, I called them up they had a Tech over that week and he came in diagnosed and fixed my system in a very unexpectedly short time and at a reasonable cost and was upfront with everything. They have earned my business and I will tell everyone who needs work on their irrigation system to give them a call!

Fantastic experience with this company. From the pricing, the responsiveness, and the workmanship - this place is 5 Star! I have found my sprinkler team moving forward. Chase, the owner, was extremely helpful in all aspects, even helping me find a "smart controller" after the main install of 7 tree sprinklers were installed. A follow up visit to install that controller and expertise on how to program it and help me learn about my system was extremely helpful. Chase and Alex make a great team, and even during this busy season, they performed at a high level for all of my needs. No need to look any further in my opinion!

I had a very positive experience with this company. Michael and Zeke were on time around 8 AM, and gave me a 30 mins heads up (thank you - I overslept). My system had a bad master solenoid/value, a head that was broken and gushing water, and coverage problems in several areas. Sprinkler Medics of Austin fixed them all, in roughly 60-90 minutes, and the guys were very professional, polite and efficient. And patient as well, they took the time to educate me a bit on the system and some tips and tricks with the controller. I highly recommend them.

We had some leaks as well as some broken cables on my sprinkler system. Rodrigo and his assistant Darnel were super friendly and professional. I just recently had the folks at Sprinkler Medics serviced my sprinkler system and moved couple of the control valves. The tech was very professional knowledgeable and efficient. Alex was awesome and really knows his stuff. He fixed my leak fast and then did a sprinkler test for me and made sure each sprinkler head was working properly. The pricing was very affordable and I will definitely use them again!

We contacted Alex with Sprinkler Medics to troubleshoot a leak in our yard. He figured out the issue quickly and had all the parts to fix it. He also inspected our entire system and found burried valves and sprinkler heads that we didn't know about (we had recently purchased the home). He also made recommendations on how to safeguard the system and suggested small things we could do ourselves. He took time to answer all of our questions, was very knowledgeable and well-priced.

Great service and prompt response. Alex did a great job of diagnosing the issues with my sprinkler system and explain all the repairs needed to get it operational again. He even took the time to walk me through the different brands of sprinkler system controllers and their pros and cons. Will definitively call them again.

I saw their vehicle while driving down the road one day. I knew our sprinklers needed adjusted but had no idea who to call. Alex was awesome, quick response and called ahead before the appointment. There was one area that didn't have complete coverage and we knew that. His price was reasonable for installing an additional sprinkler head. He was fast and efficient. I know I'll be calling him for next years inspection.

I had a fantastic experience with Sprinkler Medics of Austin. Alex is a pro. He showed up and figured out what was wrong within minutes.
