We then power sand all peeling areas so a unified appearance is achieved. We then apply 25 year silicone latex caulking to fill all the gaps and prevent any water damage. All shrubs and plants are covered and all windows are covered to protect from any spillage. After the siding is completed we then address the process of painting the trim.
