St Lukes Idaho Elks Rehab

St. Luke's-Elks Rehab is a joint venture between St. Luke's and Elks Rehab Hospital. We supply outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as social services. St. Luke's-Elks Rehab was developed in 1996 with the aim of meeting the rehab requirements of the Treasure Valley. Since that time, we currently have grown to serve communities throughout Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon. As part of a not-for-profit system, our staff believes our goal is to improve the quality of life of those we serve.
