I needed to replace my roof and Joe at Stanley Roof and Solar was one of my bids I received. (A friend of mine has used him for the past two years for both commercial and residential). His was the only bid that was itemized, and they are a family owed business and use their own crew. Since I lost my husband I was making this decision by myself and had a lot of questions. Joe was available to me whenever I had any questions and put my mind at ease that my roof would be done correctly.

I have over 80 linear feet with a lot of valleys and different pitches (12/12 and 6/12), so a very difficult roof to do. The pipe boots they upgraded to LIFERIME warranty ones, not the galvanized cheap ones that are most commonly used. The shingle is Malarkey Vista AR with a lifetime warranty. The labor warranty is for 12 years and includes a 12 year leak free guarantee. (the other bids were for only 10 years) They used a dump trailer to get rid of the old shingles, this is superior to dumpsters that some companies use, as it does not damage your driveway.

They tarped off my property including my flower beds and deck, and cleaned up every night. They left my property and roof looking way better than before. I would totally recommend this company and will use them in the future for any other project I may have. Julie

Stanley Roof and Solar did 3 large projects for us: new roof on house and shed, solar install, and exterior painting of house and shed. From initial contact through completion and post completion check ins they were excellent. Professional, reliable, and patient with our many questions. All projects turned out fantastic.

I called Stanley Roof And Solar and they were very quick to come out and diagnose a faulty vent on our roof, which they replaced the next day. I greatly appreciated their responsiveness as we had rain coming the next few days after that. They did a quality job and I would definitely call them again!

Remained true to their word. Collaborating with the owner was a pleasure. He took the time in person to guide me through not only the options, but the process as well. He was accommodating by ensuring that they werent interfering with my plans while being able to accomplish the task. The crew was courteous and incredibly hard working. They worked through the rain, the cold, and the wind while keeping a great spirit throughout.

Without requesting, I was provided with both updates and pictures of their progress along the way. I am pleased with the level of service, the cost, and the final result. An act of good faith led to one of the best business transactions Ive experienced. I will be recommending this company with confidence.

Want to give a shout out to Mario and the guys for saving basically the whole house. I was going to attempt to do this roof myself with my husband, me and some help. I am glad we didn’t. There was four layers on this thing. They ended up with two trailer loads FULL of shingles. I don’t know how the roof was still standing! The guys put all new plywoods on it too. It was so neglected, there was no saving it, and you’re only supposed to have maximum two layers!

My project manager was Mario and he was very informative throughout the process. Coming from a construction background I understand how difficult it is to manage expectations of the customer, keeping us informed throughout the process, making sure the right material is used, etc. He did OUTSTANDING. The guys did even better. They had this entire 4 layers removed, in the trailers, new plywood installed, shingled, all in two days. I was a little nervous doing it in the winter, but the team were professionals and I got a great price. Roofing materials are super expensive these days so I'm glad we got it done now before the spring when everything goes up even more. They worked with tarps and made sure the paper (they used synthetic instead of the old school tar paper stuff,) covering was down keeping the inside dry.

The house was destroyed by squatters anyway, but they took such good care of everything, they even helped git rid of some of the junk left over by the tenants. True professionals! I interviewed 3 or 4 different roofing companies and found some of them weren’t even licensed or insurance had lapsed. My husband and I are happy with our choice. We even got these cool pictures throughout the process showing that everything was done correctly. Can’t say enough nice things about Mario and the team. A+ guys. Oh, we did gutters too and those turned out great. Been testing them the last week or so and they performed perfectly, even in the ice storm. It's tough to find good trades...

I had contracted Stanley Roof and Solar for roof replacements of my two houses and both times I can attest to its workers excellent job. Their manager, Joe Clark, made sure the job was done to my expectation. They weathered the cold and showery day; clean up was great! Price was very reasonable! I highly recommend this company!

I got a bid from Joe (the owner) for a roof replacement for my rental property, an 1850 sq. ft. townhome in Vancouver. Joe was responsive, timely, and professional with his bid. He gave me a fair bid and was able to sufficiently explain his bid process and price justifications. Stanley Roof uses a locally-manufactured shingle that is a significant step up from builder-grade quality.

His bid was in the same range as other roofers, yet he offers a better shingle, better quality roof accessories, and a solid workmanship guarantee. Once we signed our contract and I put money down, he started right away with shingle delivery. He was up front with the timeline for completion and was able to stick to the timeline with ease. He texted me pictures along the way to show me what kind of wear I had underneath my old roof. Joe's crew had to do some minor structural repairs on an eve and gave me a great rate for the work and materials.

The final price was only a few hundred more than the estimate since he had already included 2 sheets of plywood in the original estimate. I enjoyed working with Joe and would recommend Stanley Roof and Solar to anybody I know. They were fair with price, professional in communication and timeline, and performed quality work with quality materials.

Joe contacted us immediately after he missed our initial call. He came over same day to give us an estimate. We decided to go ahead and have them install our sun tunnels and Joe ordered parts same day. They were delivered 2 days later and installed that same day. Joe was very quick to let us know every detail and Richie stayed late to finish installation in one day. I will call them in a few years when our roof needs replacing and recommend them highly. I had a phenomenal experience working with Stanley Roof & Solar. They were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. The materials they used are high quality and the workmanship is excellent. I received regular updates with photos throughout the entire process, so I was able to see progress on the roof as it happened. Joe was very knowledgeable about how to address the problem areas on my roof and bringing them up to code. I highly recommend Stanley Roofing & Solar, and would not hesitate to hire them again to do work at other properties. 11/10 stars.

If you don't use Stanley Roofing and Solar for your project, you are making the wrong choice. I don't ever write reviews, but they deserve the accolade. They were timely, efficient, friendly, overly helpful, and have gone above and beyond to help us with our project! We had comp & metal roofing removed, excessive repairs of plywood and fascia, new comp installed, questions about our membrane deck, special order skylights.on and on.

To the extent that I called to have more fascia replaced, in the midst of the busy repair/leaks season, and I have a crew at my home less than 24 hours later. Really above and beyond - thank you to Joe, Tara, Matt, Jon and your hard-working, killer crew! I will be hiring them for a new comp roof on an investment property in the next few years. They do outstanding work and I fully feel I can trust their work. While the bid was not the lowest of the two, the warranty was outstanding and that was worth paying extra.
