Starpoint supplies essential services to two vulnerable populations: children, prenatal through five years of age, and their families, and adults with cognitive and physical challenges. We've been delivering services and supports to individuals, families, and communities in Fremont, Chaffee, and Custer Counties since 1977. We started delivering adult services in Front Range communities in 2001. As a result of our goal to serve kids, 0-3, with disabilities, we've become the fiscal anchor of a collaborative network of early childhood programs that serve ALL kids, 0-5.

read moreThe Fremont County Family Resource Center located in the Starpoint Children's Services SPIN facility at 1339 Elm Avenue in Caon City offers a rainbow of services to families with young children - birth through age five with targeted emphasis on serving families with children living in circumstances that place them at risk for school success. As a longstanding member of the Colorado Family Resource Center Association, the Family Center utilizes a two generation approach and offers family strengthening services by providing information on child development, social & emotional consultation, partnering with families in identifying and accessing resources and concrete supports, as well as identifying social connections.
