Heather has been selling travel since 1998. She has a huge amount of knowledge in selling packages and tours. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in German from the University of North Texas, and has studied at a German University. Heather travels as she can trying out many packages and tours by the tour operators preferred by this agency. She travels on FAM (familiarization) trips, which allow her to learn more about an area and tour many resorts and hotels.
