Sterling Talent. Was established in April, 1982 by Rebecca Stroebel in Portland, Oregon. At the time the agency was established she was a veteran of the entertainment industry, having completed a ten year career as an expert entertainer. During her performance career she earned valuable insights into the bigger picture of the entertainment industry, and brought into this new venture definite impressions of what a competent and professional talent agency should be.
