Sterling University Grove

In 1997, Sterling University Housing (SUH) recognized the need to supply new, high-quality multi-family housing for college students. The housing provide for most major colleges and universities was found to be inadequate, dated and expensive. Utilizing their in-house construction capabilities, Sterling University Housing has an aggressive program for building and renovating housing for college students across the nation.
