The Law Office of Steven R. Pingel represents employees who are involved in disputes with their employers in both the private and public sectors. For over three decades, we currently have advised and represented employees in a huge range of cases involving wrongful termination and discipline, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation for blowing the whistle on employer misconduct and other employment problems. We assist state and local government employees in obtaining disability retirements and have helped shape this area of law in the Supreme Court and the Appellate Courts of this state.
